Our General Functions:

• Enforce mall rules which prohibit smoking, loitering, littering, or any other rule that will protect the safety and welfare of people within the property.
• Perform general maintenance duties, including but not limited to cleaning restrooms, emptying trash receptacles, picking up litter in parking lots/walkways, and maintaining landscaping.
• Assist customers with directions or carry out specific store requests for store personnel when necessary.
• Use discretion when dealing with problems on Mall property by exercising sound judgment in making decisions regarding how best to resolve each situation while upholding the professional image of their and the company they represent.
